Data that may be deleted

When we process a deletion request, we may delete or anonymize data associated with your game account, including:

• Cloud save data
• Gameplay progress
• Game account-related data
• Account-linked support records where applicable

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase dispute handling, refund processing, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms and policies.

We do not directly collect or store full payment card information. Payments are processed by the app store platform.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, technical limitations, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and platform requirements.

삭제 요청이 처리되면 게임 계정과 연결된 다음 데이터가 삭제 또는 익명화될 수 있습니다.

• 게임 계정 관련 데이터
• 계정과 연결된 고객지원 기록

보관될 수 있는 데이터

보안, 부정 사용 방지, 결제 분쟁 대응, 환불 처리, 법적 의무 준수, 약관 및 정책 집행을 위해 필요한 일부 기록은 보관될 수 있습니다.

Buga Studio는 전체 결제 카드 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 결제 처리는 앱스토어 플랫폼을 통해 이루어집니다.

처리 기간

삭제 요청은 본인 확인, 기술적 제한, 부정 사용 방지, 법적 의무, 플랫폼 요구사항 등을 고려하여 합리적인 기간 내에 검토 및 처리됩니다.
